 Set up and operated CNC turning centers, performed offset adjustments to keep parts within specifications and responsible for quality parts produced on CNC machines such as but not limited to lathes Managed loading parts, proving tapes, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements  Interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions are within specifications.

 Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that molded parts meet specifications. Measure, using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, OGP’s Work directly with machinists on defects of tooling. Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects

 Coordinate, expedite flow and purchase of material, parts, assemblies within departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules Calculate costs of all tools and cost of materials, establish delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material Record production data, including volume produced consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures in spreadsheets Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications against blueprints Safety Committee liaison and company team representative to build, conduct and present corporate plant safety training
