As a BDM, I managed the sales pipeline and maintained healthy professional relationships with specialized breeders, nurseries, and farmers. In addition, I design, execute, and analyze commercial trials or R&D trials focusing on launching new vegetable varieties in the Israeli competitive market. My goal was to develop and implement Eden’s growth strategy. Duties:• To manage the sales pipeline, which generated over AUD$5M annually, accounting for more than 50% of Eden Seeds’ total revenue• To network and maintain healthy relationships aiming to increase engagement of stakeholders like seed breeders, farmers, warehouse and nursery teams, researchers, and other industry representatives• To initiate, plan and execute trials for R&D or commercial purposes within a limited period, budget, and scope.
