I am a seasoned product and project manager. I have led a product team for 6 years at Magyar Telekom, managing a cross-functional team of 10-15 people, and together we successfully implemented many new product developments and launched several new products.I was always good with numbers, and my strong analytical skills helped me see through the situations quickly and easily, to assess the opportunities to find the right way to achieve my goals.My father taught me to code in Basic, when I was a kid, and I still code - creating websites, web apps in JavaScript, React, React Native.In the last 10-12 years, I have gradually increased my self-development focus on dealing with people. First by leading teams, involving colleagues in the decision-making processes, then by learning a new profession (coaching) with new mindsets, methods, and helping people evolve and achieve great things.
