Comprehensive design and project management experience includes industrial, government, community, K-12 educational and higher education projects. His detailed, team oriented approach provides owners with complete systems that maximize value, functionality and sustainability. Projects include energy and code compliance upgrades, facility assessments, maintenance replacements, new construction and remodels including LEED and WSSP. He has extensive experience in designing plumbing systems, boiler plants, energy recovery, fluid coolers, geothermal heat pumps, air handling, VAV, VRF and steam systems as well as associated controls. He is an experienced Project Manager that utilizes his extensive technical knowledge to fulfill engineering services in all phases of design including project scoping, fee proposals, utility coordination, permitting, code compliance reviews and construction administration. Responsibilities include:• Serve as primary point of contact• Perform facility and equipment assessments• Maintain project budget and schedule • Coordinate work in a multi-discipline team• Fulfill engineering services in all phases of design, define project scope, coordinate with utilities, develop cost opinions, specifications, calculations, equipment selections, design drawings and sequence of controls, rebates• Participate in permitting and code compliance reviews• Conduct bidding and construction administration services• Review submittals, O&Ms and as-builts• Support of marketing, RFP and grant processes
