- Tendering for developing new sites, rebuild sites- Writing web specifications for the developer companies- Drawing up wireframes, designs for websites- Usability and functinality tests on the Company’s websites- Coordinate web content writing, improve web pages by a SEO point of view- Optimizing content and landing pages for search engine marketing- Monitoring and analyze online marketing campaigns- Analyzing site traffic and visitor behavior in Google Analytics and other softwares- Monitoring the relevant blogosphere & forums in the travel and hotel industry

- Directing and supervising the entire Sales, Marketing and Front Office Department- Calculating individual, corporate, TA and group rates- Forecasting annual, and monthly revenue streams- Maximizing the occupancy and the average daily rate of the hotel- Preparing budgets and approve budget expenditures- Creating, monitoring PPC campaings- Negotiating contracts with companies, travel agencies, OTA’s- Maintaining a positive image for the hotel in the marketplace- Hiring and training new employees- Analyzing the competitors- Acting as Manager on Duty, handling customer complaints
