In my current role I am ever focused to better understand customer requirements and help them understand how T-Systems can solve their business problems with the various offerings that we have in our Cloud Portfolio. As a Technical Consultant I'm responsible to enlighten customers on the underlying technical details of our offerings and how they use this knowledge to build a better business story.My key focus area is based around VMware and Microsoft based technologies, and with a list of certifications ranging from Private to Public Cloud providers (MCP, VCP, VCP-NV, MCITP, AWS, GCP and Azure) I am confident to guide our customers through their cloud journey.In my current role I am responsible for:- VMware based system engineering (VMware ESXi; VMware vCenter 7.x) - VMware VCF4.x software stack (SDDC Manager, vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager, vRealize Automation, vRealize Log Insight, vRealize Network Insight, vRealize Operations, vSAN and NSX-T 3.1)- Experience with cross-cloud migration tools like VMware HCX- DevOps focused work with industry standard tools like Ansible and Ansible Tower- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge based on VMware vRealize Automation and Terraform- Engineering and presenting customer facing live technical demos of T-Systems’ Future Cloud Infrastructure (FCI) VMware based hybrid-cloud solution- Creating training material like educational videos, handouts around the FCI product- Actively taking part in customer deals as a Technical Consultant to help drive those and assist key stakeholders - Designing customer workload migration plans moving to and from Private and Public cloud infrastructures- Leading and designing Proof of Concepts for T-Systems customers based on Hybrid Cloud offerings- Working based on Agile methodology
