➢ Managing a team of 2 people (researcher, consultant)➢ Defining KPI’s, targets and strategies➢ Supporting the junior colleagues and mentoring them➢ Improving the recruitment and research process to achieve a more efficient performance➢ Acting as a single and first point of contact to the key accounts➢ Handling escalations and issues➢ Supporting the team of sales from “technical” aspects➢ New client engagement & client coordination➢ Creates and maintains great relationship with the customers➢ Collect and provide statistical data / reports as required
