As a consultant, quality manager, and technical project leader I have designed the technical concept of the Governmental Electronic Document Repository, led the specification process of the project, and contributed to the designing and planning of the system. Meanwhile I have also assisted in the coordination of two-party negotiations between the commissioner (NISZ and Ministry of Public Administration and Justice) and the prime- and subcontractors.

As a lead consultant and quality manager of the Electronic Document Repository project I have mainly contributed to the task-specific and designing processes. I have also assisted in the coordination of two-party negotiations between the commissioner and the contractors. My main responsibility was to design the technical specification and further development on the basis of the project’s result.

I have worked at AQUIS, a leading system integrator company, as a content management consultant. My job description included preparatory and executive work for archive, document and record management projects, most importantly the Electronic Archive public procurement procedure, in which I worked as a leading architect and consultant.

NESS Hungary is a prominent IT consulting company extending its activity to classical system integration. Starting from the end of 2010 I have had tasks as a senior consultant and competency leader in connection to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to be integrated into the portfolio of NESS. In this scope I was responsible for reviewing not only the company’s international ECM portfolio, but also for the products of more prominent content manager suppliers on the Hungarian market. The aim of this task was to construct a product strategy enabling the expansion of the Hungarian division on the ECM market. Besides the market building strategy, my main task was to give efficient technological support to the trading work in case of the appearance of market possibilities belonging to my specialty. I was also an ECM consultant contributing in the company’s projects.

In this period I worked in my main field (ECM) as a records and document management consultant, and also dealt with electronic archives solutions. In addition, I was a consultant in preparing and executing several other–mainly administrative–projects.

At FreeSoft Plc – a significant member of Hungarian software development field – my task was to supervise the newly formed Division of Document Management and Collaboration. On the one hand, it was a software development division developing, updating, and converting the document management, workflow and imaging products to an integrated ECM product. Based on these products, I was also responsible for executing all content management implementation projects. As for my position as an office manager, I was supervising the work of software developers, system engineers, project managers and testers in the division.After a reconstruction of inner structures (merging the productive sections of all software development divisions) my new task was to elaborate the product and trade strategies of all custom and packaged software development products, leading technological presales operations of primary trade businesses, and also the professional supervision of packaged product development.

At E-Group Hungary Plc. I had the task of controlling the Division of Collaboration and Document Management. In this scope of authority I had to supervise the company's activity based on collaboration, document management and portal technologies. I had business development and project preparation, and I myself participated in the prominent projects as project manager or consultant. A part of my duties was to elaborate the concept and functional specification of the company's new eDOX electronic records management software based on Microsoft Sharepoint technologies, and organizing the product's market release.

Montana Co. in addition to its prominent software license and hardware distributing activity was one of the main important players of the Hungarian system integration market. When I started at Montana, my work was to set up the new Application Integration and Development Division of the company. This organizational unit was responsible for designing, developing and implementing the different custom CRM, e-Commerce, Business Intelligence and document management/knowledge management applications. Our task was to develop and support Montana’s own software products: MonDoc, MonLine and MonPhone. As manager, I led the 30 employees (developers, testers, project managers and systems engineers) of our department. The quality insurance system called “ISO 9001” covering the whole process of software development and implementation has been developed under my direction and with my contribution. The department under my guidance has won the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner qualification in two categories (Collaborative Solutions, Enterprise Systems).

The MINOR Systemhouse is one of the leading Hungarian systems integration companies. My responsibility was to lead the Microsoft infrastructure implementation and software development projects. After the company structure changed I became the manager of all software development activities, and the direct leader of the main development projects. As a manager, I led 10 employees (developers, project managers, and systems engineers) of the development department.

I worked at the Systems Integration Division of Mikropo Systemhouse on planning, implementation and support of MS BackOffice based enterprise IT systems. Our special field was the implementation of collaboration and document management systems: Exchange messaging systems, Exchange Server based collaborative developments, Lotus Notes developments; BackOffice compatible server applications: Keyflow for Exchange Server (workflow), Fenestrae Faxination for Exchange (enterprise fax systems), PC DOCS (enterprise document management system). As a senior systems engineer my duty was the technical supervision of the works of system engineers and developers.

MicroOffice Ltd. had provided the Product Support Services (Hotline, Software Information) of Microsoft in Hungary, and it was an Authorized Technical Education Center (ATEC). The company’s professional technical experts have the experience to build the construction and support of several countrywide information systems. I was engaged both in hardware implementation and software implementation (client-server architectural database systems, messaging solutions, system management tools), and I worked as a trainer (in Windows NT and SQL Server MCP courses) As a senior systems engineer, my work included professional preparation of new projects (at the planning state) and managing the most important projects.
