According to trends in oil and gas industries, retail IT sollutions are becomening more and more important to stay competetive.Becoming part of the group retail development team after I have participated in a competiton which was held for university students. After I achieved 2nd place from 2000 teams, I was invited to a fresh diplomat program in MOL called GROWWW.Main tasks and achievements:- Achieved 2nd place in a competition witch was held for the GROWWW-ers. Our topic was: IT innovations in MOL.- Developed several programs in python language to automatize testings, measure systems performance and solve tasks. - Developed a program which virtualized the MOL groups different cashier systems to send transaction to our loyalty system. The program loaded test scripts from and excel file, create and send the transactions, process and measure the results, then plot the outcome. Sending transactions in multiple threads can execute performance tests- I had an idea to implement a Facebook Messenger Chatbot to my company, so I developed it in my home enviroment as a test and after positive feedbacks I could successfully implemented it in MOL.- Was the project manager at the following development: Accept MOL fleet cards in Croatian an Slovenian toll gates.- Had an idea how to reduce POS paper printing witch is directly resoulting 40 000 euro cost saving yearly and managed the implementation of this development.- Nominated as Ambassador of the MOL for Freshhh 2017 campaign.- Participated in high priority and award-winning project as a developer or a tester. - Held portfolio presentations for the managers about our team performance

Created this start-up to help designers overcome their struggle to get to their potential customers. We cope with identifying their needs and providing the measures necessary to connect the two.

Had an idea to use microcontrollers to monitor the usage of machines in a factory to increase the productivity. That monitoring directly resulted 20% performance increase. I did the design, the programming and also the implementation part of the the project. The data are collected wirelessly and stored in a SQL database. I also created a html frontend to access easily to the collected datas and a dashboard surface for the visualization.
