1. Perform critical review and analysis of medical and/or psychological case issues at intake.2. Identify necessary medical and/or psychological evidence required for case adjudication.3. Identify need for special reviews from staff consultants and prepare written request for review, including summary of relevant information and specific issues to be addressed.4. Document residual function, prepare documentation of the decision and rationale of decision if required (e.g., application of DSM-V criteria to claimants’ documented symptoms), and make a final determination of disability by applying the disability regulations.

1. Coordinate with Executive Directors, licensing personnel, and Division of Industry Services personnel to facilitate licensure applications, ensure applicable code compliance, and satisfy board/council requests.2. Independently manage large, time-sensitive caseload to ensure public protection and compliance withstatutory requirements and policy adherence.3. Communicate with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.4. Review, summarize and analyze formal complaints, contractual documents and court records to determine whether potential violations of statute or rules occurred.5. Draft detailed, concise case summaries to communicate alleged violations of law, evidence gained during investigation, and other information pertinent to prosecution of cases.
