The platform is used by thousands of private schools and hundreds of thousands of families.Responsibilities - Smart Tuition:• Ownership of the UX strategy for the entire Smart Tuition product suite• Worked closely with product managers and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure that requirements are translated into highly usable and compelling designs.• Continuously assessed the performance of iteration releases, identifying usage patterns, and enhancement opportunities• Created deliverables that demonstrated the design intent to both business owners and engineering teams: Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, Synthesized research findings, Synthesized validation results• Applied the Design Thinking methodology to uncover needs and set direction• Delivered validated UX solutions, supported by business value / effort assessment• Performed Heuristic Analysis • Led user testing sessions to validate iterations and uncover needs, pain points and further improvement opportunities
