After the merge of ProfiPower and Randstad I was responsible for the highest satisfaction for my clients. I also started to operate in cross boarder recruitment and key account management in Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Italy, Ukraine and Netherlands.

ProfiPower was the most successful HR services provider startup in Hungary so far - within 3 years after its launch in 2004 the company became the leader of the local market, and also opened an office in Romania. The company got acquired in the end of 2010 by Randstad.I joined the company as a Business Development Consultant, while I studied the details of the recruitment business, I could do what I like most: business development and networking. I specialized into the Sales and Marketing positions, which gave me a full picture of the market from junior to managerial level. I also managed client relationships, developed client and candidate networks, and provided HR consultancy for various clients and learnt how to do business development in the most effective way. I had the chance to work in a team of outstanding talents of the industry and to learn from great mentors just like the founder herself and other internationally recognised headhunters from the UK.
