It Infrastructure Project Coordinator
CurrentProject portfolio management• Participate in the preparation of annual plan supporting the IT Architecture team• Contribute to the prioritization of projects to integrate into the annual plan• Manage the assigned project portfolioImplementation of each project• Communicate the impacts and the project risks to the involved Entities• Ensure the allocation of necessary resources with managers• Participate in useful meetings for the presentation of projects• Make sure with the IT Architects that the solution is aligned with the master plan of InfrastructuresRealization and validation of the solution• Ensure that the project is in sync with the signed contracts• Contribute to the elaboration of new contractual clauses• Ensure that the solution is compliant with the Security rules• Accompany the Project Manager of the Infrastructure Integrator on the project methodology aspects linked to the Project plan• Coordinate the realization of the solution• Coordinate the implementation of the pilot and the validation of the solution• Coordinate the feedback analysis following the driver• Facilitate the relation between the Infrastructure Integrator PM and the Business entitiesDeployment of the solution• Propose an organization for the steady state of the solution• Coordinate the business change management• Contribute to users’ training modules and participate to their deployment if necessary Project management• Coordinate the Project team visit• Ensure the monitoring of each project of his portfolio with the Infrastructure ManagementLiaison with service providers• Manage IT outsourced resources• Follow up Problem tickets, Service request and Changes• Manage IT Infrastructure related contractsPerform Expert trainings
