Beside the responsibilities of the former role I am responsible for the people management, daily operation of the company, design of new performance evaluation system, redesign all company policies and regulations.

My key responsibilities are to lead all international innovation projects of the company, create company strategy,scout new business opportunities and develop new projects. I am the project manager of different smart chargingcomplex energy management projects.I am responsible for renewing all business and operatioinal processes of the company, for introducing new ERPsystem.I have successfully managed the application process of the company to the CEF AFIF call with which the company received approximately 4 million € non-refundable support from the EU Commission.

I am responsible for organising the professional program of the e-mobility working group, including the monthy member’s meeting. I am the editor of the Associations’ emobility industry related white papers, official opinionsabout new rules and regulations.I represent the Association in different national and international industrial, legislative and decision-making forums and occasionally I give expert presentations.As an industry expert I participate in the new Hungarian e-mobility strategy development, in development of new charging network installation subsidy program.I am involved in the advocacy activity of the Associations, e.g. I represent the Associations at AVERE, theEuropean Emobility Association.

• Developed suggestion package for Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority to align electric mobility law with AFIR regulation and increase customer satisfaction.• Doubled the number of installed AC and DC EV-chargers for an international client in six months while optimizing workflows.• Designed survey research method for Centre for Budapest Transport to assess public sentiment and preferences on shared mobility services.• Conducted successful assessment for EU’s Directorate General for Energy on electricity and gas data access and exchange policies in 13 EU countries.

• Developed education strategy to meet healthcare industry's future hardand soft skill needs.• Managed education portfolio for 1200+ adult participants and 20+ external stakeholders across 13 EU Member States.• Created 2 courses and achieve 40% education KPI by establishing new business partnerships with training providers.• Established new business partnership with a pharmaceutical company to create new ideation phase hackathon startup program.

• Raised EUR 1 million investment (venture capital) to create a new micro mobility service in Budapest with 100 battery electric scooters (mopeds), by designing the whole project from scratch• Managed operations of the company, led a team of 3 people.• Oversaw the integration of scooter management, payment and the billing software.• Designed a new, mobile charging facility.• Developed sales pipelines for the service.

• Successfully managed the process to establish EV charger infrastructure of 40 pcs, 22 kW AC in 22 P+R car parks in Budapest.• Designed a new business model for the EV charger operation.• Created a pilot project for wireless parking occupancy system using Lo-RA technology with 30 sensors through new business partnership with a private company.

• Created CEE region's first national e-mobility policy (Plan Jedlik)• Led the PMO in creating the new legislative environment of the emobility by coordinating between 3 relevant ministries and 4 other public bodies.• Created and successfully managed new subsidy system with EUR 20 million to foster the penetration of battery electric cars and charging infrastructure points.• Developed a new methodology to assess and rank the Hungarian manufacturing sectors• Designed 7 sectoral strategies as national policy papers and 10 sectoral 3-year action plans using the developed assessment methodology.• Established new funding mechanism for the large Hungarian companies by designing new focus areas, KPIs, reporting system.
