Using these programs it was possible to facilitate the reviewing and verifying of the company's operations• Eliminated 376 million HUF liquidity deficit within one year by restructuring the bank relationships, transforming customer and supplier contracts, introducing very strict cost and inventory management, and using other unique methods• Created long-term stability and improved profitability by transforming the serious financial condition into a highly functioning and efficient company
