Tasks:• Implementation, planning, control, monitoring and enforcement of MOL’s inventory, warehousing and asset management strategy, processes; control of regulatory matters, and implementation of a warehouse network dealing with inventory management, storage, warehousing and distribution related to SSM. • Managing the Stock and Storage department ( co-ordination of three sub department with 21 own and 45 outsourced FTE) • Process optimization, improving efficiency (systems, processes review)• Implementation a system for inventory-free service, monitoring and optimizing the capital tied-up in inventories, as well as maintaining an appropriate level of service.• Introducing and applying workflow improving measures, coordinating IT developments• Participation in the development of short-and long-term storage and inventory plans; developing projects and supervising their implementation. Based on the approved budget, responsible for the cost management and compliance of inventory management and warehouse operating costs. Ensuring that property, fire, labour and environmental standards are met in inventory management processes.• People, change managementResults: • Establishment of a completely new and efficient department within MOL Plc.• 20% inventory reduction between 2011 and 2013 (18,5 billion HUF -> 14,8 billion HUF)• 30% utilization increase and 24% warehouse space reduction (95.000 m2 >75.000 m2)• Implementation of new efficient waste- and out of use assets sales system. Results was more than 550 million HUF yearly revenues.• ~20% operation cost reduction in the last 3 year (590 mHUF -> 475 mHUF) • Regulation of all SSM process and activity on Mol Plc. and OpCo’s level. • Implementation of LEAN system in all MOL warehouses.
