Solit is an outsource software development company with a good experienced team of web and mobile app developers . Together we implemented Agile methodologies and processes to improve both teamwork and effectiveness of development process.

After relocating to Sochi I have started working as a Construction Project Manager. At the start I was leading 5 small groups of inside renovation masters. It was very interesting experience of interaction with and leadership of multi-cultural teams. Last 3 months of work I led 500sq meter commercial business creation from A to Z. Was leading a team of more than 20 professionals. Negotiated all the purchases. Had a business trip to Moscow to choose and order technical equipment. Successfully finished all the processes and handed over ready business to the customer.

Working in a big production company is differ of all other experiences. Interaction with huge chains of Russian supermarkets was probably the hardest negotiating processes I ever had. It was perfect place to test all my knowledge I got from YSU International Relations Faculty and whole experience of sales and interaction in the PMI. We got contract with one of biggest Alco-chains of Russian Federation. After had huge success in the Moscow Food and Alco Expo and got more than 5 gold medals. In one year time we tripled our production and had to implement second bottling line and shift. All these I acheved because of big support and lessons I got from my CEO and all our big team.

My first serious work experience for which I am very thankful to all our mentors and PM Armenia. First we started with 8 weeks of 9 am to 7 pm hard trainings where studied customer care fundamentals, sales and conflict management scripts. Then started the work right in the field with a great team and perfect mentoring. It was really exiting to meet so many different people and situations at the same place. This job gave me high value experience of conflict management, sales and teamwork. Also I learned culture of working in a huge corporation which cares about his employees and of course so many good stories, friends and memories.
