* Documented, designed and coded calibration and diagnostic tests of Credence’s ATE systems using C, C++, Java, Python script, and XML on Windows platform.* Programmed hardware using low level codes to diagnose registers, memories, EEPROM, FPGA and ASIC.* Programmed hardware to perform DC calibration and verifications.
