What a fantastic role that was! My greatest outcome while at i2C, was playing a pivotal role in the Finance, Admin, and HR departments during the company's successful growth from 20 employees to over 90 employees.I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in Finance, HR, Operations and Administration at the highest level. As a member of the Executive Team and Leadership Team, I worked closely with the Managing Directors, other Senior Managers and i2C's Business Coach.Change and Improvement is an area that I have a passion for and I enjoyed being part of a team who strived to achieve goals and outcomes. I was constantly looking for ways to improve profitability via operational effectiveness and efficiencies, negotiating with suppliers and implementing/improving processes.Problem-solving, resourcefulness, supporting others and innovating are traits that make me tick, and this is also where my extensive knowledge across all departments of a small-medium sized business was most useful.My management and leadership style was based on i2C's core values and culture, a workplace which has consistently been recognised as one of Australia's Best Places To Work.
