A Certified NASM Personal Trainer and Certified Behavior Change Specialist, she brings her extensive knowledge of exercise and behavior change to guide her clients in transforming their fitness and mindset.Tameka’s journey in fitness began as a way to overcome the challenges of depression during her husband's incarceration, and it became her source of strength and empowerment. Now, as a mother of three boys, an award-winning figure competitor, and a Certified Relationship Coach, she uses her experiences to uplift others, focusing on building strong physiques and resilient minds.Her professional career spans diverse roles, including working as a Surgical Ergonomics Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore, Research Recruiter in the Division of Gerontology, and teaching anatomical kinesiology at Ball State University. She has also dedicated herself to educating and coaching youth, serving as a Junior Achievement Educator, Track and Field Coach, Physical Education Teacher at Sisters Academy of Baltimore, and Wrestling Strength & Conditioning Coach for North Baltimore Wrestling Club.Tameka’s mission is to inspire people to embrace fitness, improve their lives, and feel unstoppable—just as she has.
