I am a certified coach with a 20 year military career, which has provided lucrative opportunities in leading and managing. My strongest attribute is that I am result-oriented coupled with a keen ability in understanding objectives and identifying opportunities. I have designed training programs and written course curriculum for Air Force wide dissemination. While my expertise is training and development, with 10 years of project management experience. I have a solid approach toward teamwork but I also enjoy taking the lead on individual projects. I have received numerous awards and recognition for my efforts and accomplishments. In transitioning from a military career I am interested in providing the same expertise and results a great team. I look forward to speaking with a recruiter regarding a Business Education, Marketing or Manager position. I am currently certified to teach grades 6-12 in the states of Alabama, Georgia, and Louisiana. Also, I am the Chairperson and Creator of an non-profit organization to empower women in the motorcycle culture.
