As per DCC contract with Kuwait Government, responsibly to:- Enhancing the government to prepare and implantation the planning to achieve the goals of Kuwait vision 2035 with sustainable development through the participation, empowerment and inclusion with all the development partners (Government, Civil society, NGO’s and private sector)- Leading the process for information gathering, collation and management- Planning resource requirements and setting priorities for the implementation of activities and the allocation of inputs- Monitoring emerging needs during implementation and offering assistance in meeting those needs- Merge between the Urban development in Kuwait and public budget goals and review, analyse and finalise the preparation of the project budgets- Predictive Analytics and Risk management- Coordinator with all the Partners - Identifying actions, designing proposals these actions, and formulating implementation modalities- Act as certifying officer for designated programmes/projects and ensure effective and efficient utilization of projects resources- Enhancing local capacity to sustainably development- Participating in advisory missions to carry out consultations and other activities aimed at the development of strategies and programmes.- Providing financial, contractual and budgetary oversight- Preparing and submitting regular status reports

Assist in undertaking and reporting on regional activities of UN-HABITAT; particularly State of Arab Cities Report, prepares evaluation plans, edit terms of reference, summarize surveys finding, provide support to other offices and update UN-HABITAT website. b) Assist State of Arab Cities Team Leader and consultants in the implementation of UN-HABITAT work programme. Particularly supporting data surveys, urban planning, indicators collection and analysis as well as assisting and coordinating training courses. c) Assist in coordinating and supporting other staff in issues of programme development and implementation; respond to staff and UN-HABITAT partners on queries and clarification on monitoring and evaluation issues. d) Establish a database of all expenditure of regional activities in the unit and maintain and an overview of Unit’s work. e). Assists in preparation of progress reports on UN-HABITAT Programme Performance. f). Prepare correspondence and justifications on administration of Kuwait programme and gather information that relate to Office Programme. g) Provide both administrative and substantive support to consultative and other meeting, conferences, workshops relating to the unit. h) Assist and follow-up on meetings with Kuwait Municipality and provide support to Country and Regional Programme consultants. Follow up on recommendation and prepare implementations plans and distribute them to other sub-programmes appropriately. i) Provide support to consultants and interns, in preparing substantive report, contracts and meeting minutes.j). Perform other duties as assigned
