Working in Distribution Protection Engineering Division -Central Operation Area

- Responsible for the Protection & Control Coordination of 8765 ( ALAFLAJ Area ) & THAQEEF Substation. - Reviewing of Main One Line Diagram as per Project Technical Specification- Reviewing Relaying & Metering One Line Diagram as per Project Technical Specification.- Reviewing of 132/33/13.8KV CT/VT sizing calculation.- Preparation and reviewing of interface drawing.- Reviewing of control and power cable schedule.- Reviewing of different base & Details design drawing submitted by vendor.- Reviewing of protection scheme drawing like Line protection, Transformer protection, Bus bar protection and BFR protection etc.- Reviewing of different point list like SAS,SCADA, TFR, SOE etc.- Coordination with supplier and project execution team.- Submission of base & detail design drawing to client for review and approval.- Attending technical meeting with client & suppliers.

- Making progress reports for higher management and clients .-Making schedules of works.-Site supervisions and solving problems with team-Review the project scope of work, supervise installation and handle the site commissioning and acceptance of the sites with main contractor as instructed by Project leader/Manager.-Follow up the documentation and correspondence of the project progress.- Checking & Compliance of correct as-built drawings at the construction site, Reflecting all changes and modifications -Good coordination with higher management and motivation with proper guidance with technical staff for achievements of the projects in minimum time. -Modification and upgrading for protection schemes in (MV & HV) substations (13.8, 33 &132KV).-Installation and commissioning For Protection Schemes ( stuck breaker,bus bar protection, Over current, Earth Fault, Under voltage,Fault Recorder ,Distance,Cable differential and Differential). -Testing of Reyroll, ABB, Siemens, SEL and AREVA protective relays using: Freja300 device and Sverker. -Appling all tests needed for (CTs,VTs, Power cable ).-Installation & Testing for Digital Multimeters.

- Making progress reports for higher management and clients. - Making schedules of works - Site supervisions and solving problems with team -Handle the project with self responsibility with proper-co-ordination and co- operatin - Checking, Verifying and supervising, handing over of approved spare parts. - Modification and upgrading for protection schemes in MV substations (11, 33 & 66KV).-Installation and commissioning of Protection Schemes ( Over current, Earth Fault ,Distance and Differential).-Installation and commissioning of Siemens digital protective relays (7SJ63,7SJ64,7SJ8011,7SA522 and 7UT612). -testing of Siemens protective relays using OMICRON device.

- Repairing and provide maintenance programs for H.V Switchgears (power Transformers,C.B’s, Isolators)- Installation H.V Switchgears (500, 220, 11 kV)- Making electric test for H.V Switchgears (Timing, Contact resistance)- Testing of SF6 Gas state (acidity, moisture, gas percentage)- Transformers testing (DC Resistance, Meager, Turns ratio, Tan δ)

- Site supervisions and solving problems with team - Checking & Compliance of correct as-built drawings at the construction site - Supervise Installation of LV & MV Networks. - Supervise Construction of Transformers Rooms. - Supervise Installation of Distribution Transformers. - Making progress reports for higher management
