I am a Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM), and the Head of HRM Research Centre in the Business School, University of Gloucestershire. I am also an Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). My research interests lie in the areas of strategic HRM, international and comparative HRM, and organisational performance measurement. My research has appeared in leading management and HRM journals such as Human Resource Management (US), British Journal of Management, Management International Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, European Management Review, and the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
