• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all equipment is operating safely and within the manufacturers design criteria whilst fully optimized for the production process.• Comply with and ensure the area under your control is of the agreed standards for the site are applied consistently working within the statutory legislation and company policies and procedures.• Development of self and team with regard to training needs and requirements.• Assist in the planning and preparing of the maintenance budget with regard to electrical and Mechanical items. • Control of all costs related to Mechanical & electrical items within the overall maintenance budget.• Deliver investment and improvement projects to increase plant efficiency, reduce energy consumption, in line with the company sustainability policy. • Responsible for implementation and on-going support of a Reliability Centered Maintenance system• Identify and implement methods for increasing the reliability, availability and maintainability for all pieces of equipment• Assist in the preparation, development and delivery of the annual maintenance budget and investment plans• Responsible for improving the predictive and preventive maintenance plan in SAP-PM• Responsible for researching new maintenance techniques, technologies and methods in order to increase the reliability and reduce the maintenance costs for all pieces of equipment.• Responsible FMEA system analysis in SAP• Responsible for the predictive measurements analyses and decisions in cooperation with other engineers, supervisors and managers• Responsible for identification of the “bad actors” using the SAP-PM software and proposing improvements / investments to eliminate them• Responsible for the repair procedure’s improvements• Responsible for the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and decisions in cooperation with the inspectors and Production Department

• Built the inspection department or method according to standard (Built strategy sheets for each equipment and inspection job plans (specific and first level inspection)• Coaching the implementation for the inspection job plans during running, Stoppages with defined interval time, vibration and lubrication routes and validate all issued work requests and Reports • Update the inspection strategy sheets and inspection job plans (first level, specific) regarding to results and contribute in RCA for incidents stoppages with improvement method engineer to achieve reliability target• Coordinate with production department the planned stoppages plan and first level inspection feedback from production team• Implement for all safety roles during inspection jobs• Reduce equipment’s incidents stoppages, mean time between failures and achieve reliability target • Responsible for overall maintenance of cement plant rotating equipment's like kiln, Vertical roller mills, ball mills, stacker reclaimer and crusher etc.• Implements programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness • Monitors operatives of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.• Co-ordination with production and Maintenance team to formalize the safety instruction.• Leading the inspection team form preventive to predictive inspections.• Generate inspection routes (daily, weekly, and monthly) and history sheets for equipment During (Running and Stoppage).• Perform inspections of all equipment to initiate & approve work requests based on stander, including safety checks.• Contribute to the analysis of failures and problems, recommending corrective actions.• Follow-up and update preventive maintenance schedule.• Review the application and optimization of lubrication program and condition monitoring readings to apply predictive maintenance.
