Prepare, review, update and circulate the Engineer Quality PlanReview and approve all the project Quality procedures, inspection & test plans, records and contractor's Quality Plans.Determine and report to Project Manager and to client the main causes of Quality losses.Determine with the Project Manager where improvements are required, and when corrective actions are needed.Monitor the implementation and adequacy of the construction/installation procedures established for the project.Monitor contractor's Quality Plan, review, assess the effectiveness this Quality Plan and verify its compliance with the contract requirements.Follow up the non-conformance reports until rectification is done and verified.Review and approve deviation request from the QMS.Manage all internal audits conducted on the Engineer.Manage and conduct quality and manufacturing audits on contractor.
