Professional leader with a good experience that was gained from working in the Banking and Financial Institutions field since the year 2004. Being able to lead a team and work smartly rather than hardly is one of my goals that I am always seeking to achieve, as I believe that if there is a healthy and respectable team spirit, all the members will give their effort to achieve the company’s goals with all their senses while being happy and relieved. Working under pressure is something normal but not efficient, as nowadays working for a special goal to achieve and being motivated is one of the successful ways to lead a team. Mixing what I have learnt and seen in the University of New Brunswick in Canada, where I was graduated, with my work experience, along with my interest in studying the body language and the human brain, attitude and etiquette skills are changing my way of dealing and leading day after the other and keeping me up to date.
