Ensuring alarm surveillance and 1st-level troubleshooting for NGN Exchange and IPNetwork from O & M. Center.2. To ensure timely creation of Trouble Tickets and do escalations as required for all kinds ofproblems in the network.3. Responsible for delivering network fault and outage reports and analysis on them.4. Configuration of (Routing, Numbering and Charging) analysis.5. Do Necessary configuration and Acceptance Tasks of all network equipment (hiE9200 –hiG1600 – hiX 5600 - Juniper routers such as ME40, M7i)6. Make Configuration o PRI services on soft switch and troubleshooting.7. Do super visioning job on the entire network and 60 Digital Exchanges for one day per monthaccording to tables that are placed.8. Participate in Upgrades that done by Supplier for IP Network Component and Exchange.9. Make training job for Data Communication Networks at Telecom Institute.

Center.2- Making needed configuration of IP Core network on Huawei BRAS (ME60), NE80 and Core Switches3- Configuration of (Routing, Numbering and Charging) analysis.4- Do Acceptance Tasks of Access equipment.5- Add PRI Configuration on soft switch and access unit.6- Make Recommended Security demands on Access Units.• (Siemens Soft Switch hiE9200, Packet Local Switch hiG1600 and IP Networks).
