Financial Management:oCheck, process and record all payments, administer invoices and expenses claims received, code items to agreed budgets, and action payments.oAdminister day-to-day finances (fule, Spareparts, Water, Trasportations)oPrepare monthly accounting reconciliations.oMaintain proper records for all the above on computer “using SAP” and filing of all relevant paperwork. Provide reports and information to auditor as required.oAssist in preparation of year-end audit2.
