While at Turner/WarnerMedia, Tamera led the Content Acquisitions, Commercialization, and Strategy Legal Team at Turner Broadcasting System, focusing on licensing content for exploitation by Turner's brands, commercializing content to third parties, and shaping and implementing Turner’s digital media strategy and presence. Tamera has been responsible for drafting and negotiating licenses for some of the most significant films, series, collections, and franchises in television today - including the Star Wars, Marvel, Hunger Games, and The Fast and the Furious franchises, the Criterion Collection, as well as premiere series and animation including Family Guy and American Dad. Tamera also serves as a critical partner in optimizing the exploitation of content and evolving Turner's operations into digital spaces - having cemented one of the earliest TV Everywhere arrangements in cable television and shepherding Turner's content and brands through continuing digital progressions.As a trusted legal adviser and business partner, Tamera has contributed to the production and acquisition of content (both scripted and unscripted, original and licensed) for exploitation via multiple distribution vehicles – including SVOD and AVOD, as well as ad-supported linear and digital, and the production of original content for marketing and advertising purposes.
