The products and services delivery technology sector is covering VAS, BI, CRM, Charging and billing.Job definition including but not limited to:• Development & execution of product and services delivery capacity and performance plan in line with the company’s assumption and ensure its operability to achieve the desired objectives with Vodafone group. • Studying Service descriptions received from marketing department and making a complete feasibility study from capacity point of view.• Study the effect of promotions and new services on the network elements capacity and providing a post-production analysis.• Suggest capacity solutions in order to achieve the forecasted service traffic.• Data collection of required reporting information from the different systems.• Generation of Capacity Planning & Performance reports and producing ad hoc resource usage reports and analysis• Produce products & services delivery expansions roll-out plan.• Contributes largely to the development and recommendation of standards and guidelines in conjunction with Strategy & Planning.• Perform cost estimation and alternatives analysis for capacity demands and growth.• Monitors utilization, analyzes current and future resource demands and forecasts future resource requirements to optimize planning and budget forecast efforts. Summarizes findings using factual evidence and presents reasoning for utilization increases and/or decreases.• Study annual forecast metrics issued by the business teams each fiscal year, and study results are:o Outline needed expansions to accommodate business forecasts accompanied with the required budget.o Prioritization of expansions with the commercial planning team to help outline all Business risks may occur due to any capacity issues. o Provide the “Core network and Transmission” teams with the required bandwidth and expansions from their side to accommodate expansions in the products and services.
