During my internship at a 4-star hotel, I gained valuable hands-on experience as a receptionist. Also, I sharpened a range of technical skills, including managing customer interactions, conducting daily cash operations, checking-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and handling customer complaints.I also sharpened my proficiency in Microsoft software. Along with these technical abilities, I sharpened my interpersonal skills, including patience, respect, loyalty, effective communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and self-awareness. These experiences have prepared me well for a career in the hospitality industry.
