• Handle L2/L3 Datacenters Related tickets (incidents/requests) that are referred from stc 909.• Define Datacenters maintenance schedules and processes and ensure they are properly implemented and followed• Adjust existing maintenance schedules and processes in collaboration with Operations Control• Conduct Data Centers preventive operational monitoring and issue resolution• Perform all Maintenance and Operations responsibilities related to Datacenter Services (includes activities such as bug fixing, capacity planning, and advanced user support, acquire software or license)• Responsible of security monitoring, patching, assessment and control of all of Datacenter Services and Assets under as per Operations Control Department regulations and guidelines• Inform Integrated Operations Center stc 909 proactively concerning any disruptions or outages to ensure efficient information transfer to customers.• Perform capacity utilization activities related to infrastructure/ platform and lead all expansion plan needed to maintain the required availability as per Operations Control standards & observations• Develop and implement platform’s enhancements for DCs services.• Responsible for the customer onboarding to Datacenters for all Standard Services.• Responsible and accountable to ensure continuous compliance with applicable laws & regulations and all STCS corporate policies including corporate governance, corporate information security, business policies, authority matrices, standards, charters & business processes, etc.• Responsible and accountable for the end-to-end security in all operational products & services under Datacenter Operations & Support scope, which includes IT environments, business systems & its data, and/or all products & services offered internally or externally as applicable, including ownership and mitigation of associated risks in business, security and compliance domain.
