Role Description: - Technical Support Engineer• To provide L2 Java based Application support and Linux Admin based production support for the client.• Applying patches to the PatientKeeper components as required for the system.• Testing the application for errors before enabling access to the client.• Managing user accounts on the server and their account policies.• Maintained necessary back-up of the important files. • Monitoring and Handling Production alerts for all designated Production clients• Installing and upgrading Monitoring Tools like Argus etc.• Setting Alerts for newly added clients.• Coordination CR’s with various Teams like Systems and Network whenever there is a scheduled change on Test and Production Environments.• Creating Cases in Salesforce, ServiceNow and working on them, if required assigning them to respective teams.• Coordinating with the onsite team to keep the client’s system up and working.• Check application log or alert log for warning and error messages for service startup errors, application or database errors and unauthorized application installs.• Installing the monitoring tool Argus, if required upgrading it and check the collector errors related to Argus.• Installing Mobilizer (Portal) component on client server and validating it.
