With my previous experience as an Educationist, I was involved in setting up for Reyan Junior College for Girls from the very early stage. I oversaw the entire legal registration of the institution, marketing and establishment of the institution. In the 5 years span that I led the institution as Managing Director, we achieved an year over year growth of 20%, while delivering the highest student success rate within the geography.

As the Vice Principal, my primary focus was to ensure the highest quality of education is delivered to the 1000+ students enrolled in the school. My job responsibilities included recruitment, interviewing and selection of the faculty. I was owned the charter related to legal and compliance work.
