My professional experience began in dance and choreography ... 30 years of experience in this industry doing shows on various levels... dancer, choreographer and stage production to marketing shows to the fashion and dance industry; starting w/industrials such as Mary Kay, Pizza Hut, DR Pepper...moving into fashion w/ companies such as St Bernard's Sports wear, JC Penny's, Boy of London...hair salons such as Toni & Guy, Joico hair products moving into commercial ...Milk advisory board "Milk Does the Body Good" Campaign moving into production of music videos such as "Tribute to Prince," Cool and the Gang "salute to the Ladies," quad City DJ's "Come on and Ride it" and the list goes on... Being a dancer/ Choreographer for 30 years gave me great experience in body mechanics. I had personally sustained injuries through out the years which has given me a great knowledge of soft tissue injuries and necessity of PT. My goal now is to be the best I can to help others who are athletic and need the best possible care in soft tissue therapy and aid in recovery of soft tissue injuries and body maintenance! Modalities I am working in are Sports massage, sports injuries, stretching techniques through out the massage working toward recovery and maintenance programs to suit individual needs.
