Change Management Analyst for Project CornerstoneAs part of the Change Management team for Project Cornerstone, was tasked with the following activities and duties:• Participated in the design and execution of Project Cornerstone training logistics. The training program consisted of 120 courses, 20+ trainers, and approximately 1,000 trainees. Role included scheduling trainers and students for classes, reporting training statistics to project leadership, and planning meals and hotel accommodations for out-of-town students• Assisted with the design and execution of the communications strategy. Utilized numerous channels to deliver project messaging to company leadership and branch personnel• Assisted with the establishment and execution of the business champion framework for Project Cornerstone. Assigned individuals from all head quarter’s departments and each of the 64 branches to champion the project, deliver communications, and help assign end users to training courses• Contributed to the weekly change management status report documenting work performed by the change management team• Provided operational business knowledge and tools to the external consultants implementing the project. Made introductions to key H&E leaders and ensured the consultants had the tools they needed to work effectively and efficiently on the project
