As an office administrator with a depth of experience in legal environments, these kinds of complex projects — those tied to strategic long-term vision — are my favorite to execute. My first job in the legal industry was as a part-time assistant. Even then, one of the things I enjoyed most was creating the kinds of environments and organizational systems that allowed everyone in the office to perform to their highest capacity. Now, after years of partnering with senior leaders, modernizing office operations, orchestrating special events, and spearheading HR and accounting processes, I still enjoy what I do.
