In our model of Young Lifethat is campus-centric, having a team leader overseeing a team of volunteer leaders is thesingle greatest factor to the success or failure of that school to see a successful Young Life styleministry surround it. It is the team leaders job, first and foremost, to lead their team to doexcellent Young Life ministry that is relational, incarnational, adventurous, and radical. Theywill treat their team of volunteers as Jesus treated his 12 disciples. They will spend time withtheir leaders, coach them, disciple them, and ultimately be their guide as they do ministry as anindividual and as a member of a team.

Dedicated Representative providing all aspects of relationship management to key clients.Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services, to take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.Take turn with On-call phone and computer.

Assists the Product Data Specialist with the entry and edits of product data inside the information management system (PIM) and other databases used to generate outputs such as, but not limited to, catalogs, price sheets, labels and customer reports.Collects requirements, enters data and ensures terminology is accurate and consistently aligned with corporate guidelines, style guides and system capabilities.Works with supporting departments responsible for photography, text and translations; loads their contributions into the system; ensures all information is correctly loaded and in compliance with system requirements; proofreads work; collects approvals.Assists the Product Data Specialist with maintenance of the EZLabel system; organizes and maintains files and records of label materials; maintains standards to ensure label format is consistent across all product lines.Provides administrative support to Codes and Standards staff including but not limited to developing correspondence, maintaining the SAP certifications database, generating reports, collecting needs by draft or brief oral instruction; proofreading projects for accuracy and completeness; obtaining signatures; filing and disseminating products and information.Establishes and maintains confidential subject matter and project files, receives and returns telephone calls and emails; handles issues that may require sensitivity; keeps reference materials up-to-date.Assists with departmental invoicing; tracks expenses against budget; produces associated reports; conducts research for special projects as requested.
