Are you ready to play a new game of life?Your mind is your most valuable asset in playing and winning the game of life. More often than not you don’t recognize or realize how powerful your mind truly is because…well…you’re in it all day long.It takes skill to understand and examine the contents of your mind. It takes some distance—which is hard to gain when you’re living in it! Am I right? Yet you and I have been gifted with the ability for self-directed neuroplasticity which means we get to create the change we seek in our lives. This is terribly exciting news! When you match this knowledge with the fact that we are producers of an electromagnetic field and that our thoughts and emotions are largely dictating the strength and influence of that field…well, the game of life takes on a whole new dimension of personal responsibility, sovereignty and power.At my core, I’m a teacher and a student. As a student, I’m still reprogramming my mind and I will until the day I die because I want to spend my entire life creating a life I absolutely love living. It wasn’t always this way. Over a decade ago, as a seemingly successful surgeon, I was totally burnt out. Playing out some seriously scary cycles of self-sabotage and self-abuse. The guilt, shame and regret was nearly unbearable until I learned that these tendencies were NOT a sign of personal failure. Not in the least. They were simply signs of what had been imprinted upon my mind and I was just running on these pre-programmed ideas and beliefs to my detriment. So good to know! (And so good to know how to change it!)My burnout journey has been the single most pivotal period of my life. I learned SO much. It forced me to embark on a journey of discovery into the mind and life that has now become the greatest knowledge and power in my life.I’m honored to be able to share what I’ve learned with you.
