Provides factual information, which requires the interpretation of codes, policies and procedures, to business owners, potential business owners, homeowners, aircraft owners and the public regarding licensing procedures and fees, tax payment information, assessed valuation and tax payment information; determines specific required application processes. Performing specialized appraisal support work. With the ability to read, write and explain policies and procedures. Analyzing and resolving varied appraisal plan problems. Organizing, maintaining and researching departmental files. Enter data into a specified computer format. Compiling and summarizing information and preparing periodic or special reports. Use initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines. Organize work, setting priorities and meeting critical deadlines. Contribute effectively to the accomplishment of team or work unit goals, objectives and activities.
