Manage the Infrastructure Technology (IT) components of Corporate Services building and renovation projects for various GuideWell companies (GuideWell corporate, Florida Blue, GuideWell Connect, Guidewell Source, Guidewell Health) to include retail centers and office space. Work with IT architects to provide solutions to meet customer requirements while adhering to corporate standards. Manage multiple projects, providing scope, budget, and project schedule while working with IT technical teams to ensure budget and timelines are met. Under the PCI Compliance project, worked with the Infrastructure Services teams while managing the roll-out of the credit card readers to all retail centers as well as the creation of compliance documentation (Chain of Custody and Support Process). Management of control implementation under three domains working with a wide range of IT technical teams, Information Security teams, and various teams outside of these areas to ensure compliance required for the Florida Blue HiTrust Certification.

Responsible for space planning and space densification in a large corporate environment consisting of approximately 1400 employees, relocating large teams to reach the corporate goal. Worked with business owners to gather work style requirements and business growth estimates, design conceptual test fits in accordance with the company’s workplace standards, and partner with key property leaders to deliver a seamless end-to-end solution. With extensive use of VLOOKUP's, pivot tables and data queries in Excel, produced data test fits and sequenced move plans for large teams. On an ongoing basis, maintained space management records, updating central space management data source, as well as move request log and space inventory. Created and maintained team boundary plans, using Foxit Phantom pdf software.

Responsible for the space planning of new and relocated specialty veterinary hospitals. In addition, coordinated maintenance/repairs, completed space requirement documents, budgets, and project timelines. Process improvement through creating an automated space requirement document as well as budget template. Special projects to include upgrading all hospitals offering chemo treatments to meet code. Project tracking. Communication with vendors and stakeholders, all levels of management, providing project status.

Responsible for the design and construction management of retail and office space ranging from 500 square feet to 30,000+ square feet within the staffing and recruiting industry. Projects include occupied office remodels, office relocations and new office locations and facility maintenance. Managed multiple projects from assignment through completion. Duties include defining scope of work, preparing project budget, acquiring resources and coordinating with team members and contractors to deliver project per plan, on time and within budget.

Responsible for booking all contracts into database within the Lab & Casework division of this furniture vendor. Worked with General Contractors as well as all Senior on site project managers when completing all AIA billing documents and payments. Other duties included administrative tasks as needed.

Responsible for the sourcing, procurement, and install coordination of all hotel Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment. Negotiate pricing with all vendors. Worked with Executive VP of Design and all on site senior project managers in assisting with architectural plan review, project update presentations, and due diligence, as well as all other administrative duties.
