Premier Graphics is a print communications firm that is an integral part of the marketing & communication landscape for over 50 years.Sheetfed Printing, Digital Printing, Full Bindery Services (Folding, Stitching, Die-Cutting, Shrink-Wrapping) plus Mailing and Fulfillment Services!Career Highlights:Acquired Real Estate and Managed the logistics of the relocation of the company. Used cash on hand combined with SBA loan to fund new roof, parking lot and prepping the building and electrical for manufacturing. The Ball Printing Company started in 1958. My daddy ran The Ball Printing Company until it's name change in 1986 to Premier Graphics. I grew up in a family owned and operated printing company in the Phoenix area. The business began as a printing company with duplicator, small presses and small bindery services serving small and medium local Phoenix businesses. As the Phoenix Metropolitan area grew, so did the customer base. As the customers grew, more equipment and capabilities were added to the business. The craftsmanship of the printing organization was noticed by larger corporations and advertising agencies which led the family to purchase multi-million dollar printing presses and bindery equipment. The family business grew into one of the largest printing companies based in Arizona. I worked all roles in the family business from receptionist, bookkeeping, sales, marketing, production and HR until she took the reigns as President negotiating equipment and real estate acquisitions, setting strategy for the growth and profitability of the company and act as account representative to large client accounts.
