Lead the development of the marketing direction for Women’s International Pharmacy and Pet Health Pharmacy working in collaboration with senior leadership to meet organizational goals. Responsible for leading a team of seven direct reports to successfully deploy marketing initiatives. Accountable for brand ownership, market research, strategy development.

Collaboratively build strategies that support brand development and experiential activities for Forte. Responsible for managing marketing activities in specific channels, including: PR, event, advertising and promotional products. Accountable for partner marketing strategies and activities.

Develop and manage marketing activities and message strategy for Overture, EDC using an inbound marketing approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively develop marketing strategies to generate B2B leads and showcase Forte as an industry thought leader.

Create and execute marketing initiatives for four lending product areas. Manage B2B and B2C marketing inventory and sales tools. Develop fresh content for online web community. Produce internal and external communications, including emails, online bulletins, letters, brochures, presentations and more.

Responsible for creating, developing and implementing marketing strategies/plans for five areas of the bank in order to increase revenue and product penetration. Managed direct mail, advertising and online marketing projects, bought ad space in trade publications/newspapers, and responsible for budget development and management of assigned product lines.

Duties included creating and executing annual marketing communication plans for 29 business providers which represented over 50 annual direct marketing campaigns. Participated in strategic product planning meetings and developed marketing materials to effectively support integrated marketing plans. Managed projects with advertising agencies on direct mail.

Responsibilities included creating and maintaining project schedules making sure deadlines weren’t missed, pulled project reports for weekly status meetings, quoted print projects and created purchase orders with outside vendors, and coordinated approval process with clients.

Duties included creating and implementing marketing plans for 22 retirement communities, creating promotional copy for direct mail, ads, Web site, on-hold music and public relation announcements, creating and distributing media insertion orders, overseeing yellow page ad placement for all communities and quoting print jobs with multiple outside vendors.
