TSR Property is a boutique complete solution from land acquisitions to site start, specialising in Affordable & Social housing projects working with developers, housing providers and government. Advising State and local governments, TSR was responsible for a lot of significant strategies in the social impact sphere relating to social and affordable housing. Everything from developing out correctional centre programs to key workers in infrastructure developments. Working with small to large developers, the procedures implemented in TSR are designed to simplify the process with any residential project from a duplex site to larger state funded townhouse and unit developments. By reverse engineering our model we have been able to more effectively meet our client's feasibility and thus aid in producing more profitable projects whilst delivering significant impact in sharing the knowledge few possessed.

• #istandforkelly was an initiative Tamika founded for the children of domestic violence victim – Kelly Wilkinson. In tragic events, 3 young children witnessed their mother be set alight by their father in an event that shocked the Gold Coast Community. • Kelly’s 3 children, suddenly orphaned were taken in by her sister and her husband – Danielle and Rhys Carroll, who already had 5 of their own. A new family of 10 in a 3 bedroom home was going to make the practicalities of getting by almost impossible post suffering such an incredible loss• Post meeting the 3 children and listening to their harrowing stories, Tamika refused to walk away accepting that this was in any way ok. “I have done enough work with foster children and social causes to know the development of a child between 0-7 and how much such a traumatic event can impact their belief on the world” • Immediately launching the #Istandforkelly initiative, Tamika called on the construction sector to build this family a home. “Those children, no child deserves what they have just experienced. The least we can do is get together as a community to let them know they matter and that people care. It would have been more of tragedy if they have grown to believe that bad things happen and people do nothing about it. So we set out to make it happen.”• Launching a campaign nation wide, Tamika called on the industry to make this happen. And within 48 hours the industry had come together, we had a builder, a home, all suppliers, trades, and a block of land donated to see a 7 bedroom home be built and retained in trust for the kids

Tamika was awarded the Top Consultant at Metricon Homes & was in fact, the first female to do so.Her Sales success was across various display villages & projects. Overseeing development sales from Northern NSW to Queensland largest display village, Rochedale Estates.Despite the vast area covered, Tamika built up a large referral network across both States, demanding her to be more mobile to accommodate solutions for the land that she was constantly presented with.Tamika established long term relationships across sectors in the solutions found for Investors, Mum & Dad's & first home buyers. Ethical & moral conduct is not always represented within the industry however Tamika was fortunate to be aligned with a brand that took these matters seriously. From training with various aspects of the company and her prior experience with the development arm, Tamika was able to oversee & obtain the knowledge required to truly service her clients with a profitable solution.

At North, Tamika was in charge of overseeing the sales of Metricon's Development arm 'Newland Developers' across 4 developments ranging from NSW to QLD.Through her experience in land, working with various builders & developers she gradually progressed her way into working as one of the top Building Consultants.As well as cementing her foundations in the residential construction sector, Tamika, also managed the residential/ pre existing homes, acting as a buyer's agent for her clientele.
