- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in schools, districts, and the state department of education to collaborate on college and career initiatives for students- Maintain a working knowledge of all College Board products and services that will aid districts and states in meeting their strategic goals- Plan and conduct comprehensive workshops and professional development programs for school and district administrators, counselors, teachers, and students on College Board related products and services - Employ various internal and external resources to compile and analyze data to support strategic work with schools and districts within two states.

- Facilitate weekly webinars educating families on college cost saving strategies - Work with financial advisors to create personalized college funding and budget plans for middle to high income families using various with income, asset, borrowing, and tax strategies - Maintain an understanding of financial aid legislation, changes, and policies to assist clients in resolving financial aid issues

- Provide high school students with the individualized guidance and information needed to make an informed decision on the best academic, social, emotional, and financial “fit” school for them through a student-centered approach to college counseling- Assist student in all aspects of the college process: self-exploration, college research, list creation, college applications, essays, scholarships, and matriculation

- Supervise a college team of 2 college counselors and an alumni counselor- Conduct periodic classroom observations, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and team meetings for the college team- Evaluate trends in college acceptance, affordability and persistence to formulate a college counseling philosophy for the school- Organize college and career exposure opportunities for students through college campus visits, admissions presentations, career presentations and other programs- Collaborate with a team of 8 school administrators to maintain a positive and safe learning environment through various school-wide initiatives and programs- Organize and conduct parent meetings to educate parents on the college process and other college programming- Create and teach college and career readiness classes to high school seniors

- Manage daily account activities such as account opening, asset movement and trust document analysis for high net worth individuals and families- Review and monitor the daily account activity of approximately 400 accounts valuing at approximately $2 billion- Maintain an understanding of relevant tax laws and legal requirements applicable to trust administration in order to assist in resolving trust related client issues - Assist Relationship Manager in the expansion of client base through additions to existing accounts and identification of cross-marketing opportunities- Learn and understand the needs and dynamics of each client in order to accurately respond to client inquiries received via email and telephone- Coordinate with investment, financial planning, tax and legal, and internal operations professionals to resolve client account matters- Prepare presentations for client meetings- Serve as a liaison between teammates and management on a division wide administrative review project
