As an intern student in customer service of export department I learn Receive order and prepare documentation for customer's goods to be exported to Sabah and Sarawak. Besides that, I track and update status of goods to customer in daily basis and accept booking and alert transportation team for collection. In this intern period I learn how goods export to destination and every types of documentation we need to do to make sure the good exported without any delay, damage or being accounted for penalty. Other than that, I mastered my skill in document preparation for different type of goods transported. Finally, as a customer service, I learn to handle and negotiate with my customer very well which help me to improvise my communication as well and improve my skills in negotiation and discussion with agents involved in transporting goods by communicating with them to collect the information needed to update to my system and my customer.
