In 2014 I was promoted to CMO.Summit was a young company growing by acquisitions, so my first challenge was to develop unique customer centric brands and launch strategies by market.BRAND STRATEGYPartnering with an agency to lead a full market emersion for all 15 stores, we centralized our marketing efforts and developed 4 brands representing each local market. Implementing these strategic marketing efforts achieved:• Increased EBIDTA 170%, grew market share up to 3 points and raised unaided brand recall 7%.• Ranked 39 out of 150 best new car dealerships and 52 out of 100 best used car dealers in Automotive News 2015.GO-TO-MARKET PLANNINGKeeping a pulse on emerging trends, I constantly tweaked our digital strategies to improve customer experiences and curated content by channel.
