IT Roles:-- Manage/Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages- Collaborate closely with departmental managers to determine the network's maintenance and expansion requirements- Overseeing the IT department and offering guidance to team members- Creating and implementing IT policies and best practises for the company- Managing and reporting on IT budget allocation- Running regular checks on network and data security- Recognizing and implementing opportunities to improve and update software and systems

Maintain the All desktops & VDI on 100 % complains in McAfee & WSUS updates· Maintain the laptop users asset Reports· Maintaining the All VDI with High performance using VSphere Tool· Pushing the software to large amount of system through SCCM & script as well· Troubleshoot user reported issues through Remote as well as end user support· Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists· Managing the WDS server & updating the Image as per the program· Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware/software/network problem resolution· Maintain the Offsite & onsite Backup tapes· Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure
