    My super power is solving problems. There is always a Plan B that will work for all parties. In this position, I was completely responsible for my department. It did not happen unless I completed it. This means I created and maintained 6 budgets annually. This include forecasting P&Ls for new product launches. I have negotiated display and promotions with many national accounts, including Walmart and Kroger. Marketing the product properly ensure maximum sales and profits were met for all involved. Each month, sales data was used to forecast future distributions. Wholesalers, retailers, printers, and national distributors reported to me. In 2016, I was responsible for over $3 million in profits. This included new business development. Monitoring the competition enabled me to beat them to the retailer with a better idea. Sales data was analyzed and reported weekly to corporate and each entity. My motto is tell me what you need, and I will make it happen!
